The manufacturing facility covers a total area of 50,000 sq. mtr. of land, with a built-up area of 12,000 sq. mtr. It boasts a world-class manufacturing infrastructure equipped with state-of-the-art technologies imported from USA, Europe, and Asia-Pacific countries. Facility has capability to produce 350 million units of bottles and screw caps.
At Exechon, our primary objective is to meet and exceed our customer's specifications in every product we produce. We manufacture PE bottles utilizing advanced injection-blow molding and extrusion-blow molding technologies. These bottles are specifically designed to package various pharmaceutical dosage forms for regulated market.
PE Bottles manufactured using DMF sourced, 21CFR compliant input raw materials, meet the requirements outlined in USP section 661 and 671 as well as European Pharmacopoeia standards.
